African cooking classes
The Senegalese kitchen consists of some simple dishes that, through the use of herbs and spices are very tasty.
The national dish is Thieboudienne, a dish with fish and rice.
The Senegalese Casamance region has her own typical dish, Yassa Poulet: marinated chicken and rice. In addition cassava, sweet potato and onion play on important role in the local kitchen.
Cooking on wood fire
