Holiday evening show of African music and dance
If you want to add something extra to your holiday we can arrange an African evening with music and dance from Senegal. Festive events can be held on the own grounds of guesthouse Maye Meye.
Women and men from Abene, dressed in colorful traditional robes of Senegal, take care of this evening performance. They dance on the rhythm of the djembe and bougarabou, the most important rhythm instruments from Senegal. When the population of Abene hears the sound of the drums, they like to come to the guesthouse to dance along. we guarantee it will be a spectacle that delivers a wonderful holiday memories of Senegal.
Joining the party
is difficult to remain seated with such abundant rhythms. The dancers and musicians from Abene will most certainly invite you to join them on the dance floor.Or course you could also choose to watch the spectacle from the sidelines. Who knows, you may be inspired to register for a workshop djembé or a lesson in African dance! !
