Making reservations

Reserving a room can be done through e-mail or the contact-form. We would like to receive the following information:

> date of arrival and date departure*
> number of people the reservation is for
> full board or bed & breakfast
> coaching or no coaching

After we receive your request for a reservation we will send you all the necessary information and the bank account number where you can send the money. After payment is received the reservation is confirmed and you receive a confirmation of the booking.

Activities

We like to know in advance if coaching is required by one or more people in the reservation. The workshops, excursions and other activities are easier to arrange upon arrival.

Of course you could let us know when you make your reservation which workshops or (guided) excursions you would be interested in. Please read our travel conditions.

*Date of arrival is the day you land at the Banjul Airport (Gambia) where we pick you up with the taxi (price of the taxi is not included). Reservation is standard for one week. Talk to us about possibilities for a shorter stay. See prices for detailed information.
